With extensive experience in luxury goods and marketing to HNW consumers and a wide range of industry contacts and resources, we are able to advise clients on a variety of matters including strategic planning, marketing, market research, retail, e-commerce and loyalty marketing.
Our qualitative research studies employ web cams to allow luxury marketers to not only hear the voice, but also see the face, of the HNW luxury consumer thus enabling them to develop and refine their products and services.
Our founder, Dale Dewey, has over 25 years experience working with and managing consumer and luxury brands and has worked with many of the world's leading luxury and consumer brands including Chanel, Dior, Givenchy, Bulgari, NetJets, Estee Lauder, L'Oreal, Colgate Palmolive and Procter & Gamble.
Mr. Dewey has founded and sold three companies in retail, e-commerce and market research. He was the founder and CEO of jasmin.com, and partnered with Procter & Gamble and Hugo Boss to sell prestige fine fragrances online. He was also founder and CEO of Fragrance Solutions, Inc., which pioneered new market research techniques for the prestige fragrance market.
Mr. Dewey's experience includes serving as CEO in the US of two French luxury brands - Fauchon, France's leading gourmet food company, and Christofle, the luxury silver and tabletop company. Mr. Dewey's executive experience also includes serving as CEO of Interstate Connections, a wireless retailer with over 100 stores nationwide. In addition, he served as the interim Chief Marketing Officer for GenSpring Family Offices and held executive positions with global fragrance supply leaders, Firmenich and Givaudan. He began his career in New York in Colgate-Palmolive's management training program. Mr. Dewey holds a B.A. in French and International Economics from Middlebury College.
